これは、1957年オリジナルLPでは聞かれませんでした。

ジャケット自体がクリスマス・オーナメント。
エルヴィスのサンタや雪だるまが・・・・・手抜きデザイン（笑）
オリジナルLPでは「ウィンター・ワンダーランド」の数カ所にダブル・ヴォーカルが聞けますが、
その後発売されるCDでは「エコー」程度にしか確認出来ません。元テープを聞きたいなぁ〜
エンディングの「エルヴィスらしさ」は、誰にもマネが出来ぬ魅力です。

宗教歌に関しては、宗教歌BOXを購入する方が、ムダ無く収集できます。
「Elvis'Christmas Album」との相違点
１．Track04「White Christmas」からスタジオの会話とエルヴィスのカウントが外されて、
1957年ヴァージョンに戻されています。
２．Track24「Silent Night」のピアノイントロが外され、
1967年のラジオ・ショーのために録音されたメッセージが付けられています。
Track01「If Every Day Was Like Christmas」は、1966年シングルと同じ。
Track14「I'll Be Home on Christmas Day」は、1971/6/10録音。下の『Memories of Christmas』Track03と同じ。
Track24「Christmas Message from Elvis: Silent Night」は、『Memories of Christmas』Track08と同じものです。

2006年の新譜
Elvis Christmas （右）は、同じテープを使用しているようです。
どうやら、上の『If Every Day Was Like Christmas』のTrack24から
「Christmas Message」を取り除いたテープを使用したようで、
この2枚の「Silent Night」にはイントロが全く無く、
突然エルヴィスが歌い出すヴァージョンとなってしまいました。

Track01「O Come All Ye Faithful」 （4:04 ロング・ヴァージョン）
テイク2 と解説する研究書籍もあるのですが、実際は編集ものであると思います。
Track02「Silver Bells」（2:27 Master Take 2）
Track03「I'll Be Home on Christmas Day」（Alternate Master Take 10）
再録音したヴァージョンがお蔵入りしていたという珍しいパターン。
テイク9が、4CDs『Today,Tomorrow And Forever』で発表されています。
Track04「Blue Christmas」（2:05 Master Take 3）
Track05「Santa Claus Is Back in Town」（2:22 Master Take 7）
Track06「Merry Christmas, Baby」（7:59 未編集マスター）
オリジナルLPヴァージョンは、5:45 でオルガン他のオーヴァーダブ有り。
『This Is Elvis』ヴァージョンは、2:49 で、弦楽器のオーヴァーダブ有り。
『Reconsider Baby』ヴァージョン(7:19)は、アンダブドながら編集されています。
Track07「If Every Day Was Like Christmas」（2:52 不可解なピアノ・イントロ付きアンダブド・マスター）
オリジナル・シングル・ヴァージョンには、チェレスタのオーヴァーダブが施されました。
このCDのヴァージョンはアンダブド・マスターなのですが、海賊盤で発表されているものとは違い、
イントロ8秒間のピアノが差し替えられています。
